The Brick Companies Foundation Supports Audubon

Brick Companies

Pickering Creek Audubon Center, Easton, and Audubon Maryland-DC’s Baltimore and statewide programs benefited from The Brick Companies Classic, a charity golf tournament, held at the companies’ Queenstown Harbor golf course.  A check for $15,000 was presented to the conservation organization’s volunteer leadership.  The funding will support Audubon’s work ranging from educating youth about stewardship of  Chesapeake Bay, to protecting the most important Atlantic Flyway habitat for Maryland’s birds and other wildlife.  The tournament was put on in partnership with Independent Benefit Services, Terpsys and Sandy Spring Bank.
