Join the Delaware Valley Ornithological Club and Audubon Mid-Atlantic on Wednesday, July 23rd, from 7-9 pm at the Discovery Center to “Write for the Birds.” Support and guidance will be provided as we coordinate efforts to write letters to federal, state, and local officials advocating for policies and legislation to support birds. This event will focus on funding support for the U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) Ecosystems Mission Area. With so many threats facing the environment these days, it can seem insurmountable, especially operating solo.
